Removing Multiple Roles from a User

  1. From the SmartSolve Portal Page, click the Home tab.
  2. In the Setup and Policy section, click Setup.
  3. In the User Management section, click Users.
    Result: The Internal Actors window is displayed.
  4. If you want to view persons and client contacts instead of internal actors, click the Select User drop down button to display a list of the other possible users.
  1. Click the Actor link of the user from whom roles are being removed.
    Result: The Detail tab of the selected internal actor is displayed.
  2. Click the Role tab.
    Result: All roles currently assigned to this user within this organization are displayed in the Current Roles section at the top of the window.
  3. In the Current Roles section at the top of the page, check the checkboxes for all of the roles you want to remove from the internal actor.
  4. Click Action > Delete.
    Result: All selected roles are now removed from the internal actor.
